The Series 641RM 16 field selectable ranges from 0-250 to 15,000 FPM (0-1.25 to 75 MPS) provide it the versatility to be selected for a multitude of applications. GE Telaire T8041 is based on the absorption of light in a gold-plated reflective light pipe or waveguide diffusion gas chamber. A gas permeable PTFE filter prevents particulate and water contamination of the sensor. Light is absorbed in proportion to the CO2concentration and the remaining light is measured and converted into an analog signal.
